We take the time to actually understand your goals and expectations. This enables us to develop conceptual designs which are aligned with your vision and only then do we give you a ballpark figure in terms of expected costs. Once you give us the green light, we ensure that a project manager is assigned to your project that puts together a renovation team best suited for your project. Through thoughtful planning, disciplined project management, good communication, expert technician and a comprehensive after service warranty, we ensure that your project is simple and hassle free.
Following contact with us, Peter will arrange to meet you on site so he can get a true feel for the project. He will be assessed for anything that needs to be addressed and gathering information about your company’s need.
Based on our meeting, we will send you a detailed quote to match your budget and scope of work. We will not go ahead with anything until you given us the green light.
Our quote will contain a break-down of what is included in your project. Everything is transparent, therefore there won’t be any “surprised fee” once the job is started.
3. Let's get it started!
If you are happy with everything, Pete will arrange technician(s) for your project. He will meet you onsite and start the job as soon as possible. During this time if you have any questions about the job processing, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
4. Project Management
We will arrange a project manager for you – he will be your key point of contact throughout the project. He will oversee the project at all times and update you on every stage of the way. We’d like to keep you in the loop and encourage you to be part of the process, however, if you’d like us to take care of it all the way then we are happy to do so.
5. Sign off
On completion, our team will ensure the site is left in the best condition. We also prefer to meet with you to make sure that you are 100% happy with our job, or we will follow up with a phone call.
Once job signed off, our account team will invoice the project and posted to you for payment.
